Oakville’s Rock’n Seniors entertain at CARP Halton Chapter’s March meetings. First at Milton….
..with space to get on their feet it soon became an irresistible urge for this couple to get up and dance…..
With no stage at Burlington the band is much closer to their audience…
….and as expected this was a popular event. With a full house soon assembled the entertainment began….
We appreciate and thank our sponsors for their support for this meeting. Enjoying the entertainment are representatives from Chartwell Retirement Residences, who also provided the goodies for this meeting, Burlington Memorial Gardens, ListenUP Canada and Don “Condo Don” Bassindale.
A thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining evening came to a close with our prize draws. Don Bassindale gave two prizes, movie passes, which were won by John Stubbington shown with Kylie Campbell of ListenUP! who drew his ticket out of the basket,
and a Tim Hortons card which was won by Hal Brooks shown with Don and Halton Chapter volunteer Hugh Cass.
And last but not least our 50/50 draw winner Shirley McConachie with her envelope containing $150.
