Aging Matters December 10: Benefits of Dance

You are invited to the upcoming Aging Matters conversation at the Centre for Elder Research. The monthly drop-in is an opportunity to participate in meaningful conversations about ‘aging matters’. 

This month, Kate Dupuis, the Centre’s Schlegel Innovation Leader in Arts and Aging and Paula Skimin, a Professor in the Performing Arts Preparation program, will lead a discussion about the benefits of dance for older adults in our community. Bring your dancing shoes!
