“We didn’t know what we were looking for.” Care providers often want to include caregivers, but don’t always know where to start. Since the launch of our Essential Care Partner Support Hub in partnership with Ontario Health, we have connected with thousands of individuals across the health care system to offer guidance, coaching and resources to better recognize and include caregivers as an essential part of the care team.
