Opportunity to Participate in a Research Study

The Centre for Elder Research is collaborating on a research project entitled AIM Fitness – Activities in Motion Fitness in partnership with Power AIM Fitness.   

This project seeks to explore the competitive landscape for older adult fitness programming and enhance AIM Fitness’ existing online platform and virtual membership model. 

Interested participants, aged 55+ who meet the criteria, will be invited to participate in a three-month evaluation of AIM’s virtual membership and online platform. You will be asked to complete fitness assessments, engage with the online fitness platform, and complete online questionnaires and phone/video interviews to track your experience with and feedback of the platform and membership. Eligible participants will be offered a free trial of AIM Fitness’ online membership.  You will also be compensated for your time upon completion of the study.

The screening questionnaire will be open until March 24th, 2025.  All eligible participants will be contacted on March 25th, 2024.
