CFUW (Canadian Federation of University Women) and the Canadian Association of Retired Persons (CARP) are conducting this survey to better understand the financial security, housing, caregiving responsibilities, health needs, social connections, and lived experiences of women as they age.
Women’s financial security in retirement is shaped by much more than what happens after they stop working. Caregiving, time out of the workforce, access to workplace pensions, healthcare costs, housing, widowhood, and family responsibilities can all have a lasting impact.
CARP and CFUW are asking members who are women to share their experiences in a new national survey so we can better understand these challenges and bring members’ voices directly into our advocacy with governments.
Your responses will help CARP identify the issues affecting women as they age and strengthen our work on retirement security, pensions, caregiving supports, healthcare, housing, and other priorities.
The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and participation is voluntary. Results will be confidential.
This is a survey intended for women only
