Fall Municipal Election
Halton residents go to the polls Monday October 26 to elect their municipal representation across the region. Your CARP Halton chapter will be in contact with every candidate running in each of the 42 constituencies across Halton (Milton 9, Halton Hills 11, Burlington 7 and Oakville 15). Each candidate will be asked the following question;
“If elected, what steps or actions would you take to improve the lives of seniors in your constituency?”
Candidate responses will be limited to 250 words and will be posted under “Advocacy Initiatives” on this website.
Halton Chapter encourages all seniors in Halton to vote. Local politicians know that Seniors are a large voting block and with our strong voice we can have a big impact on election results. We hope the responses we get to our question will help you choose who will get your vote.
