February 19, 2026 As Ontario Health at Home continues its shift towards assisting older adults to remain at home or in their own communities rather than enter long-term care institutions, it has opened web pages to help older adults and their families find resources. These are the resources now listed that may be of interest

Halton Accessibility Repair Program (HARP) is a component of Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) Ontario program. HARP provides financial assistance to eligible Halton homeowners in the form of a combined grant and forgivable loan, up to a maximum of $10,000.                        Please click
