CARP Halton Chapter Meeting in Milton “Demythifying Nutrition”
March 14, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Are you bemused or even overwhelmed by the huge variety of information available about nutrition? How do you cut through all of this information to sort out what is just marketing hype to determine if a food is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for you? What does food labelling really tell you and how do you really understand the nutritional information on food packages?
Would you like to know what “eating well” actually means? Then please join us at one of our two meetings in March where we have invited an expert in this field to help you sort out all of the noise about nutrition.
