The Sheridan Centre for Elder Research is currently working in partnership with food programs and primary health care organizations to understand if our relationship with food changes as we age. This survey is the first part of a three-year project designed to see how we can take the knowledge gained through this questionnaire to improve program and services for older adults in the community. If you are 55+ and are interested in sharing your wisdom, we invite you to spend about 20 minutes completing this survey. Participants who provide their contact information at the end of the survey will be entered into a draw for one of 10 online $20 gift cards. The survey will be open until April 17th and can be accessed here:

Please note, this survey is also being carried out in person in the community. If you would like to know more about this project or where in-person data collection is happening, please contact Karen Slonim at [email protected].
Thank you for your time and please feel free to review the attached Letter of Information for more details about the study. We also welcome you to forward this email to others you may feel find this project interesting.
Sincerely,
The Centre for Elder Research Team
