C.A.R.P. Halton Chapter ZOOM Meeting November 25th: How to Avoid Social Isolation in this time of COVID19

For our C.A.R.P. Halton Chapter Community ZOOM Meeting on November 25th we will have a presentation by Ana Nunes-Freotas who is the Wellness Care Manager at Acclaim Health. Ana is the Care Manager/ Educator for Wellness Services working with caregivers, high stress, palliative and chronically ill clients.  Ana is a retired RMT and Teacher, strongly believing in the prioritization of self care and access to wellness services in the community. Wellness Services is generously funded by Halton Region Community Investment Fund.

Ana will talk about the impact of social isolation on the mental health and wellbeing of seniors brought about by COVID19. Ana is an excellent speaker. Her talk will be upbeat and although COVID19 has severely limited our social activities, she will provide practical tips and advice about the things we can do to stay positive and engaged. All of which will help avoid the detrimental outcome of social isolation.

Please join us as we expect this to be a very interesting and informative presentation. Here are the details on how to join this meeting:
