Halton Accessibility Repair Program (HARP) is a component of Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) Ontario program. HARP provides financial assistance to eligible Halton homeowners in the form of a combined grant and forgivable loan, up to a maximum of $10,000.
